Art Journal J96 There is nothing good or bad but thinking makes it so

Inspired by a page in my art journal – the now very altered book “The White Men” by Julia Blackburn – sorry Julia :-} The 2 figures on the right were already in there and the title of  this page comes from Hamlet which we went to see this week as part of PIAF – a wonderful opera grotesque cabaret version by The Tiger Lillies.   I had forgotten how many fabulous quotes come from Hamlet – Have More than you Show Speak Less than You Know, This Above All to Thine Own Self be True, Get Thee to a Nunnery, Something is Rotten in the State of Denmark,  Neither a Borrower or Lender Be and of course To Be or Not to Be.  I think I was true to myself here but perhaps  could have showed a little teeny bit of restraint?  Nah!
